Application: It is used as voltage adjustment power supply for automatic control thermal processing and thermal treatment system, featured with infinite variable voltage adjustment, automatic enclosed control, automatic control, programmable temperature reduction. The product is widely used in bath voltage, vacuum electric furnace, electric slag smelting, single-crystal or multiple-crystal furnace, cracking furnace and electrolysis, rate adjustment and etc.

The voltage adjustment is controlled by D.C. excitation, and automatic enclosed control is realized based on different control signals.
Structure of the magnetic voltage adjuster is similar to general transformer, and is the only structure made up of transformer and saturated reactor. It is comprised of 4 iron core columns and 4 windings; namely, primary winding WB1 and secondary winding WB2, saturated reactor working winding WG and D.C. control winding WK.
The voltage adjustment scope specified in the voltage adjuster (such as high-voltage adjustment scope of TDH-2000: 5-35V) is for the rated loading resistance (rated loading resistance RN=U2/12=6.12×10-3Ω for TDH2-200). If the loading resistance is not equal to the rated value, the voltage adjustment scope will be correspondingly changed, especially at the lower limit of voltage adjustment.
For the magnetic voltage adjuster includes the function of saturated reactor, the reaction winding has the function of limiting current, and sound current falling features is achieved.
The voltage adjuster is not applicable for voltage adjustment under unloading conditions. For changes of U2 is small, the voltage adjustment scope is small under unloading conditions.
