TDYZ and TSYZ series column contact voltage adjuster
The column contact voltage adjuster is a kind of voltage adjuster through moving the electric brush on the surface of the voltage adjusting winding along the axial direction of the voltage adjuster to change the output voltage.
Its electric principle is almost similar to the loop voltage adjuster. Due to different structure forms and transformer forms, manufacturing of large-capacity voltage adjuster is simple and available.
Main structure (1) Iron core: the structure is the same with that of the transformer, with excellent high silicon steel piece, and the magnetic circuit and frame of the voltage adjuster. (2) Voltage adjuster: it is wound out of the epoxy tube. After grinding entire or partial insulation layer to make it coated on the surface to adjust the output voltage. (3) Compensation winding: to inhibit undesired magnetic field, an additional winding is set for improving linearity of the output voltage. (4) Contact structure: enable the carbon brush and the carbon brush to contact and transmit voltage and current. (5) Transmission unit: it includes motor, transmission shaft, transmission screw or chain, machinery in the chain to change the voltage. (6) Shell: oil immersed model includes oil tank and accessory. The dry model includes iron shell, universal wheel and foot installation frame.
